Representatives of the Council of Women’s Organizations in Israel have been cooperating with a number of Knesset Committees on the following issues:
1. Gender Budgeting: "If you want to see which way a country is headed, look at the country's budget and how it allocates resources for women and children."
2. The Law for Pregnant Working Women – Fertility Treatments
3. Call to include women into the Appointing Committee of the Rabbinical Court
4. Equal opportunities in the field of employment
5. Help and treatment for raped women
6. Surrogacy
7. Sexual harassment at the work
8. Lack of space at the Maagan shelter for abused victims of trafficking in persons
9. Israel qualified for a Tier 1 classification, the highest accorded by the State  Department in the matter of human trafficking.
10. Seminar on the homeland’s culture of the trafficking in persons victims
11. Professional education for prostitution survivors
12. Encouragement to work for mothers of small children by building more day care centers
13. Adapting working spaces to suit women
14. Treatment for sects’ injured women
15. Empowerment of single mothers
16. Tax improvement for married couples working together
CWOI and ICJW representatives in Israel have also participated in the following events during 2013-2014.
1.   The Annual Jasmine Conference of Jewish and Arab women-owned small businesses.
2.   Intercultural & Interfaith dialogue – participating at the Seminars of Israeli and Palestinian Women “Building a New Reality”, at the Golda Meir Carmel Center in Haifa, Israel.
3.    Activism campaign against Gender Violence to eradicate violence against women

4.  Introducing initiative in the Knesset to launch a specially designated court for domestic violence.

5. Israel receives "Tier 1" ranking for second year in a row; state department report notes issue of African refugees.

6. CWOI hosted for a lunch at WIZO Tel Aviv the participants of the International Women Leaders' Conference on The Post-2015 and Sustainable Development Goals Agenda: Ensuring the Centrality of Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment in the Next Framework.
7.   Participation at the ECICW Seminar in the Hague, Netherland on the topic: “Women – Powerful Agents for Peace and Security”
and the National Plan of Action for the implementation of the UN Security Council Resolution 1325.
8.   Participation at the ECICW Seminar in Monaco, on the topic: “Women in Politics”.
9.  GoRed  arrives in Israel!
CWOI, in cooperation with the Knesset’s Committee for Status of Women and Gender Equality, is preparing to launch a campaign to raise awareness to Women Heart Health.
