Lilian Bosboom

Vice President for Communications & Partnerships

Lilian is a global communications and PR executive dedicated to helping non-profits share their stories and drive social change. With nearly twenty years of experience, she connects grassroots community action with international diplomacy. Her career includes twelve years as the Chair of Communication and PR for ICJW, and a term as President of the Liga Feminina Israelita do Brasil.

Lilian represented the ICJW at the United Nations Rio+20 summit as the official press spokesperson for the Women Major Group. She specializes in building strategic partnerships, launching communication campaigns, and hosting fundraising events at venues like Rio de Janeiro’s Copacabana Palace. Her work is backed by a strong academic foundation in Psychology, Communications, and International Relations.

Tania Gisela Lam de Levy

Vice President for Strategy & Programs

Tania is a distinguished Panamanian Attorney at Law with extensive leadership experience. She currently serves as the National Director of the National Office for Refugee Attention (ONPAR) under the Ministry of Government, where she collaborates with international organizations like the UNHCR, HIAS, and the Red Cross to enforce refugee protection laws and promote local integration.

Tania’s extensive public service background also includes serving as Head of Legal Advisory for the National Migration Service and Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, where she shaped national trade policies and executive decrees. Grounded in civic duty, she is an active member of the National Bar Association of Panama, has served as President of the Kol Shearith Israel Sisterhood, and routinely volunteers her expertise at free legal clinics.

Vice President for Membership & Affiliate Leadership

Born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland, Irene holds a degree in Business Administration and Public Relations/Advertising. After her marriage in 1972, she co-founded a fashion and shoe company with her husband. Over 27 years, she worked internationally and was responsible for Human Resources, managing a workforce of 80–100 employees.

When her family relocated to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Irene entered the art business. Returning to Switzerland in 2004, she began working freelance for international tour operators, and later managed the Honorary Consulate of Senegal in Zurich for several years.

A member of WIZO since 1972, Irene has been actively involved in the Jewish community and various Jewish organizations, including Hadassah in Hilton Head Island. She served on the Presidential Committee of the Swiss Union of Jewish Women’s Organizations and as Vice President of ICJW’s Switzerland affiliate.

Honorary Secretary

Di has dedicated more than two decades of leadership to ICJW, currently serving as the Chair of the Interfaith and Intercultural committee. Di has spent many years driving interfaith initiatives at an executive level in Australia. Her notable achievements include organizing interfaith women’s seders, establishing live-in conferences for Jewish, Christian, and Muslim women, and leading an interfaith women's delegation to Jerusalem.

Di’s extensive leadership portfolio includes serving as National President of the National Council of Jewish Women of Australia (NCJWA) from 2011 to 2015, and completing two terms as the ICJW Asia-Pacific Regional Chair. Her long-standing commitment to the organization is reflected in her attendance at every ICJW Convention since 2002, as well as her regular participation in Herczeg Jewish Education Seminars and global Executive meetings.

Administrative Treasurer

For over four decades, Sue Tillis has built a distinguished career in volunteerism and community advocacy. Since beginning her work in New Orleans, she has been affiliated with numerous Jewish and non-profit organizations across New Orleans, Dallas, and Atlanta. A committed leader within the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), Sue has served as President of the New Orleans and Dallas Sections, in addition to holding national board roles as Director, Assistant Treasurer, and Treasurer. She currently serves as NCJW Vice President in Atlanta, spearheading local advocacy efforts, and acts as the State Policy Advocacy Chair for Georgia.
