The International Council of Jewish Women celebrates World Environment Day by endorsing ‘Climate Action’ as supporters of environment and sustainability in saving our planet.
We appeal to the world bodies, UN, organisations and countries to save the women, children and girls, as they suffer more than any other group as victims of losing their homes, informal dwellings, plantations, crops etc. due to raging fires and devastating floods.
We appeal for immediate action to save the vulnerable women, children and girls who are victims of conflict, hunger, abuse and rape in war torn countries with challenging and hazardous environmental conditions and cruel brutality.
We celebrate ‘Environment Day’ focusing on the future with hope in saving our beautiful planet with awareness and education for future generations.
